Limited 1-Season Warranty

The following specified S4 Lights products are warrantied for 1-Season Use; guaranteed to light for 1 season from date of receipt of product or 1,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. A season is defined as an installation of product for a period of no more than 90 days (about 3 months) as per UL code 588. These products are intended for seasonal use only and not designed for year-round, permanent installation and continuous use. This warranty is applicable for the following S4 Lights products: LED Rope Light Kits and S4 Decor Silhouettes that use Rope Light.

Full Disclosure of the Specifics for 1-Season Warranty

Within the 1-Season Warranty period, should the S4 Lights product fail to light due to defects in materials or workmanship, at S4 Lights discretion, S4 Lights will repair, replace, credit the defective product or offer a substitution if the item is not in stock or has been discontinued. Proper proof of purchase required, where applicable. S4 Lights reserves the right to request the return of the product deemed defective before issuing a credit or shipping a replacement. The warranty period is valid from the date of receipt of products for the warranty term. This warranty is null and void if any of the following situations occur: if the product is used in any manner other than the manufacturers guidelines and recommendations, if the product is damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or weather, if any identifying labels are removed (UL tag and/or white manufacturers date tag), if there is installation damage or damage to electrical wiring, and/or if non-S4 Lights bulbs or diodes are inserted into the products. S4 Lights does not provide warranty coverage for lost or stolen products. Product that has been damaged by staples or used in any way contrary to its appropriate use is not eligible for warranty. In no event shall S4 Lights be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, shipping costs, labor or lost business sales or profits, resulting from any defects in the product. This warranty is limited to parts and labor to repair only and does not imply the replacement of an entire unit.

Consumers who did not directly purchase products from S4 Lights must communicate directly with their Point of Purchase.

Customers who purchase products directly from S4 Lights are advised to keep copies of proof of purchase, receipts and shipping documents for the duration of the warranty. It is S4 Lights discretion to have product under warranty returned. All returned merchandise requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which a customer may obtain by contacting their S4 Lights Account Representative. Applicable for US and Canada Customers only.

Limited 3-Season Warranty

The following specified S4 Lights products are warrantied for 3-Year Seasonal Use; guaranteed to light for 3 seasons from date of purchase or 3,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. A season is defined as an installation of product for a period of no more than 90 days as per UL code 588. These products are intended for seasonal use only and not designed for year-round, permanent installation and continuous use. This warranty is applicable for the following S4 Lights products: Benchmark Light Strings and Infrastructure, LED Replacement Bulbs, E12 and E17 Stringers, Tap N Go®, NeverDim®, Invisilite, Versaline® and Incandescent Product, Pre-Lit and Unlit Foliage, Decorative Bows, Holographic Spheres, Meteor Shower and Firecracker Light Sets, S4i® GeoGiant, S4i® Extendable RGB Light Strings and Infrastructure, S4i® Low Voltage RGB Product and Infrastructure, S4i® Pixel Pines RGB Tower Tree and Tree Topper, S4i® Pixel Pines RGB Tower Tree Lighting and Control System, S4i® Plug N Play Kit, S4i® Standard Control Systems and all Custom Product unless specified otherwise.

The following specified S4 Lights products are warrantied under a 2-Year Warranty; guaranteed to light for 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable for the following S4 Lights products: E26 Stringers, LED Vintage Filament Bulbs, Everlastrings, DIY and Lite Snap N Go Infrastructure, DIY LED Spot Lights, S4i® Moving Heads, and S4i® HV Architectural Lights.

S4 Decor products are warrantied for 3-Year Seasonal Use; guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 3 seasons from date of purchase. A season is defined as an installation of product for a period of no more than 90 days as per UL code 588. These products are intended for seasonal use only and not designed for year-round, permanent installation and continuous use. This warranty is applicable for S4 Decor products including custom product unless specified otherwise.

Within the 3-Season Warranty period, should the S4 Decor product fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, at S4 Decors discretion, S4 Decor will repair, replace, credit the defective product, or offer a substitution in the event the item is not in stock or has been discontinued. Proper proof of purchase required, where applicable. S4 Decor reserves the right to request the return of the product deemed defective before issuing a credit or shipping a replacement. The warranty period is valid from the original purchase date for the term of the warranty. This warranty is null and void if any of the following situations occur: if the product is used in any manner other than the manufacturers guidelines and recommendations, if the product is damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or weather, if damage occurs during shipment of product, if any identifying labels are removed (UL tag and/or white manufacturers date tag), if there is installation damage or damage to electrical wiring, if Customer supplied lighting or other components are used in the finished products, and/or if the product is installed in any other manner than what is outlined in the provided installation instructions. A physical copy of the installation instructions is included with each shipment, and additional copies of the installation instructions are available upon request. S4 Decor does not provide warranty coverage for lost or stolen product. Product that has been cut, stapled, and/or altered in any way is not eligible for warranty. In no event shall S4 Decor be liable for incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, shipping costs, labor or lost business sales or profits, resulting from any defects in the product. This warranty is limited to parts and labor to repair only and does not imply the replacement of an entire unit.
